We've fixed our Firewall and its now completely functional. There are no limitations anymore

We've fixed this issue. The issue was a missconfiguration in our Firewall. We are still working on it .

At 00:18 we then implemented the submitted changes and made the changes in development as well as in production on our GitHub repository. The suggestion from the Writerside team to update the version to the latest was apparently the solution to the problem and the documentation went back online immediately.

We would like to thank the JetBrains team for the help.

We've fixed the Database issue and everything should be up and working from now on.

We've finally fixed all the issues. The latest issue was solved by granting httpd the connection to the network

Massive increase in HTTP/503 error messages

The Akami Solutions team has noticed the problem and is working to fix it.

10:00 :
Akami Solutions has not been able to fix the error at gateway-vie-21 despite trying to switch to Cloudflare Tunnels. The number of 403 error messages has increased massively. Still no success, but some progress.

It has been switched to gateway-il-02. Since the server was new, we had to transfer the data from gateway-vie-21 to gat...

We fixed it and everything should work now again

We've found the issue a fix is being implemented

We've loaded a Backup and everything looks normal.

It looks like a server restart has fixed the error. We are still keeping an eye on the problem!
